Breakage or Loss

Please inform me immediately using the Contact form if your item is broken upon arrival, or if it hasn’t been delivered (within a reasonable time frame) and you suspect it might be lost. I will then contact you so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return please contact me using the Contact form and give a brief explanation as to the reason.

I will then send you instructions on where to send the package. The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged) and in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage, which must include appropriate insurance to cover the cost of the item.

Please contact me before returning an item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Returned items will be checked upon receipt and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 2 days. Please be aware that your Bank or Credit Card company may also take a few days to process the refund.
